I’m Monica Jha, an online therapist in Tennessee. I help adults overwhelmed with feelings of frustration, anxiety, worry, and self-doubt learn how to manage their thoughts and emotions so they can experience peace and balance in their lives.

I understand maneuvering your way through life’s challenges can be difficult. You can be left feeling anxious, frustrated, lonely, or even angry when personal issues go unresolved. Know that you don’t have to tackle life’s problems on your own.

Over the last 9 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients dealing with a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, sexuality, stress and anxiety, spirituality, trauma, anger, and life transitions. I use a holistic approach to help you heal on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. I integrate mindfulness practices such as yoga, body movement, meditation, and breathwork into the sessions as needed to a help with creating a greater sense of peace and balance in your day to day. I support overwhelmed adults with learning how to manage their thoughts and emotions while increasing their self-awareness and intentionality in life.

A Mindful Approach

The methods and techniques I use to support my clients with learning how to manage their emotions, are the same ones I use for myself. Over the last two decades, I have studied and explored holistic and psychological approaches to help me create an aligned connection between my mind, body, and spirit. I bring these tools and philosophies into my sessions and offer them to you as way for you to find the peace and balance you desire in your life. As with every new thing we learn, it takes practice and patience for it to turn into a habit. Over time, as you are introduced to the techniques that align best with your needs and way of thinking, you will be able to take charge of how you interact with the world around you.  You’ll learn how to be more present and reduce your overwhelming experiences with anxiety, worry, and self-doubt as you begin to understand and become more aligned with your own emotions.
